As a Key Account Manager, you will be bilingual in Portuguese and French. You will join Joongle’s client management team to manage your client portfolio on a day-to-day basis, monitoring and operations with the technical accounting team and following up sales actions with the Sales Director.

An essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting their day-to-day issues effectively.

Your role is as follows:

  • Effectively coordinate the new client intake process.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners (lawyers, banking institutions and others).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to satisfy and retain clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients by listening to their concerns, answering first line questions (Portuguese accounting and tax).
  • Collaborate with the accounting team and act as a link between clients and the technical department.
  • Organise and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs and concerns.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ issues and work proactively to find solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Present clear and accurate reports based on financial analysis.
  • Develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

Profile required:

  • Degree in areas such as Management, Commerce, Communication or related fields.
  • Fluency in French and Portuguese is essential, with a good level of English,
  • Knowledge of Portuguese accounting and taxation, with the ability to answer accounting and tax questions.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Customer focus and ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proactivity, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Experience in customer service or customer relations roles is a plus
